Easy king prawns in tomato sauce 番茄奶油浸大虾 🤤| Sweet 🍅 juicy 🦐 citrusy🍋 buttery 🧈, this dish is the ultimate dream when you feel too lazy to cook and want to have a delicious light dinner under 10mins (including the prep time). It’s also perfect for a starter or a canapé!

📝 Ingredients:
Raw large king prawns 165g (1 pack)
Cherry tomatoes on the vine x handful (8-10)
Fresh parsley x a small bunch, finely chopped
Unsalted butter x a small slice (15g-20g)
Fresh lime x 1, juice only
Garlic x 3 cloves, minced
Salt and pepper
Bread of your choice
Olive oil x 2 tsp
Shallots x 1, finely chopped
👩🏻🍳 Cooking methods
1. Oil in a pan, add garlic, shallots, gently pan fry until you smell of aroma, then add in cherry tomatoes, pan fry until the cherry tomatoes skin have blisters
2. Add in butter, parsley stems, melt then add in raw king prawns, let the prawns simmer in the sauce, then turn to the other side.
3. Sprinkle some parsley leaves, add salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice before serving!
