The rate at which people finish a job/task is typically based on how much time is allotted for the job/task.
Although finite, we actually have a lot of time to get things done!
Problem is, we tend to allot more time (than necessary) to a single task and thus we’re left with fewer time for other endeavors.
If we want to master time management, there’s a need to move away from narrative-based goals to math-based goals!
We need to stray from the subjective and arbitrary (ASAP, in a few, shortly) and move towards exact measures (15 minutes, an hour, a day) when allocating time for jobs/tasks.
How “soon” is soon? What exactly is a “few” minutes? What justifies “shortly”?
Truthfully, time management is not easy for everyone. And sometimes, we can’t really give exact measures of time.
But from repetition and experience, following the schedule we create for ourselves becomes second nature, and time approximations become more precise – and that’s when you’ll start seeing the productivity boost you desire!

There is a force within all of us that knows. It knows what our next step should be, it knows the answer to difficult questions, and it knows when we’re going in the wrong direction.
It’s our inner knowing. It’s our intuition. It’s the divine power that flows through each of us.
And often, we shut it down because of fear.
Fear of not knowing if the path we’re on will lead to success, fear of the unknown, fear that permeates every cell in our being, leaving us paralyzed and confused.
This is something that many of us deal with. And this fear can drain your energy and prevent you from giving your best to the world.
The more we worry about the unknown, the more stuck we become, which then keeps us from finding answers to our questions.
When you shut your divine gifts down, you are experiencing a form of self-doubt. You are being protected from something that you need to know.
Take some time to meditate on what it is that you are protecting yourself from. Is it fear of change? Is it fear of looking bad? What is causing this fear?
Once you understand where this fear is coming from, you can find some tools to help you overcome those fears and live into your potential.

Everyone has a bad habit.
Disorganization is a vicious cycle.
We're constantly running late, forgetting our keys, and getting stuck on the phone with customer service for hours.
We know we need to change, but how do you go from being disorganized to having your life together?
Despite knowing full well that being organized is good for us and our wellbeing, we always find ourselves struggling to make it happen.
You know what I'm talking about: spending all week working towards a clean and ordered room/desk/life, but by the weekend, you're back to square one: every surface covered in piles of mess and clutter. It's as if your internal clock resets itself each week! And the cycle just repeats itself again the following Monday… it's very disheartening!
So how do we break this pattern and actually get ourselves organized?
Everything that we want to achieve requires some effort.
Effort, like sunscreen in the summer, needs to be applied consistently. To achieve our goals, we need to put in the effort each and every day. On days that we feel good and on days when we don’t feel like doing the work. Many people will put in effort for a short time, and when their effort does not immediately pay off or they become distracted by life, they stop putting in the daily effort needed to finish and succeed.
If our efforts lead us further away from our goal, then we need to change our strategy. If our effort brings us closer to our goal, we can double down with our effort.
What you do today – the effort you put in – determines your success tomorrow.

Why does time matter so much?
Time is one of the most mysterious forces in the universe. It plays a significant role in our lives.
Time affects happiness. A person's perspective on time has a big impact on their happiness and peace of mind.
Time acts as both a teacher and a healer. Sometimes, the only way to get a new, healthy outlook on a situation is to give it time. Time teaches us the value of life and makes you feel happy to be alive. A difficult or painful situation will seem less bad as time passes.
It also helps us make a good habit of structuring and organizing our daily activities. Mastering our available time is essential. Managing it poorly or well has a huge impact on life.
It is the duty of the rational person to preserve the time that is in his hands, and not to waste these times without proper exploitation and benefit us. So we must learn to manage time because of its importance.
Time is the one thing that you can never get back. Once time has gone, it will never return.

To create freedom, it requires putting systems in place that allow your business to operate by itself.

Many people are afraid of divorce.
Even people who are happy, even people who know their spouse would cheat on them—even people who know they're just not happy anymore.
It's not the scary unknown that can make divorce so scary. It's the fear of actually going through with it.
Even though you may have a lot to gain from leaving your spouse, there's always a part of you that wonders if you shouldn't just stay in your familiar misery instead of risking new ones.
You're not sure if anyone will want to date your broken self, and even if they do, maybe there's something wrong with them for wanting someone who is damaged goods?
If you're thinking about getting divorced, don't let any of those things stop you.
Not only does staying in an unhappy marriage hurt your self-esteem and your mental health, but it also hurts your children and limits their opportunity to see what a happy marriage actually looks like.
There's no reason to avoid taking control of your life and making sure you're living your best life possible.
Maybe this is the time when you need to remind yourself that damaged things can still be beautiful and useful. And maybe after the pain of breaking up fades away, you'll see that this is not just another painful thing—it's an opportunity to do something different and better in life.

It's time to get real.
The world wants to see you. Well, the real you.
Not the one hiding behind photo-filters and fake personalities. They want to see what you have in you to offer, and they can't do that when you're wearing a mask.
What is your authentic self trying to say? What parts of your life are worth sharing with the world? And how can you find the courage and determination to share those parts with everyone?
What we're talking about is when you start to see yourself living a different life than the one that you're actually living. You get wrapped up in being someone other than yourself, and the more you do it, the easier it becomes to live two lives instead of one.
It's likely that your real life isn't as good as your photo-filtered existence since your photo-filtered life is founded on a falsehood.
That's when you should take a step back and reconsider your actions.

If you want to escape the world of mediocrity, you have to embrace the power of taking action. By doing so, you keep moving in the right direction.
Your journey is no longer dependent on the outcomes or the results. Instead, it empowers you to tread the trail of hope even when all seems hopeless.
Further, the main result becomes the balance in your life, all based on Newton’s First Law: the state of motion of an object is maintained as long as the object is not acted upon by an unbalanced force.
You can take all the hits that come your way, good or bad, due to all things resisting changes in their state of motion—they tend to “keep doing what they’re doing.”. The only shift that needs to happen comes from you taking action.
Make a goal for yourself and work toward it. Have a rough plan in mind, but keep in mind that you'll need to be flexible as you go. Keep your attention by asking the focus question and setting mini goals to keep you on track. Yes, and have pleasure in the journey. After all, life is a journey, not a destination.
