Self-awareness is such a game changer. I spent huge amount of alone time and for this year’s life reflection, I realized the value of knowing your worth, forgiving yourself for the past mistakes and focusing on what really matters.

By knowing your worth, you effortlessly filter out things, situation and people that no longer serve you. By forgiving yourself for the past mistakes, you allow yourself to grow from the present time onwards. Continuously blaming yourself will just limit your self growth and will just contribute to create self doubt. What’s important is you acknowledge the mistake, take the lesson from it and use that as a weapon to be better. By focusing on what really matters, you get to spend your precious energy on the things that make you feel alive, people that make you feel loved and appreciated, and situation that makes you grow.

2021 has been tough. Different battles, different tolerance, different ways of coping. But here we are, standing still. Congratulations everyone for surviving! Another year to conquer, but this time stronger.
