Happy 30th birthday, “you dumb babies!” Can you even believe that Rugrats is celebrating being all grown up with ‘sponsibileries. As a lifelong Angelica, I can honestly say this was my absolute fave show growing up and I’m so happy to be celebrating the show’s 30th! ⁣⁣
