Shortbread

Ingredients:
-4 cups flour
-1 pack of margarine for baking. You can 200 g of oil, but our mothers saved oil and baked on margarine
200 g sugar
200 g mayonnaise
-2 eggs
-a pinch of salt

Cooking:
1. Three margarine on a grater or cut into slices and grind with hands with 3 cups of flour until smooth.
2. Add sugar, eggs, mayonnaise and salt and knead the dough. Add flour.
3. The test is elastic and soft. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator. Cold dough will be better scrolled in a meat grinder.
4. Make baking sheets. Cover them with parchment and grease with oil. I had to get an old manual meat grinder. Choose a nozzle and twist the cookies of any length and configuration. Spread immediately on a baking sheet. We put the filled pan in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
5. While the first were baked, I wrapped it up yet.

Teriyaki Chicken in 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g
Natural honey - 40 ml
Soy Sauce - 50 ml
Rice or apple vinegar - 2 tbsp. l
Ground ginger (powder) - 0.5 tsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Starch - 1 item l
Onion - 1 bunch
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sesame - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons. l

Cooking:

1. Prepare the products. Wash the chicken, dry, excess moisture is not needed. Peel the garlic.
2. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces or long strips.
3. Combine honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, starch and ground black pepper in a deep bowl.
4. On two tablespoons of oil, fry the chicken slices over a high heat until golden brown.
5. At the end of frying, pour the mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly, fry until pieces of meat are crushed with sauce on all sides. It will take only a couple of minutes, or even less, the sauce quickly becomes thick.
6. Serve the chicken with boiled rice, fresh or boiled vegetables, sprinkled with chopped onions and sesame seeds.

Custard pancakes in milk

Cooking:

1. Take half a liter of milk.
2. 2 eggs beat with a whisk.
3. Add 1 tsp. baking powder and flour as much as to make the dough, as a pancake.
4. Then pour 1 cup of boiling water, mix.
5. Add 7 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
The dough is ready!
6. Fry as usual, in a hot pan, on both sides.

Baked cod with cheese and tomatoes

We will need:

2 small fillets of cod or other white fish
salt, black pepper - to taste
2-3 tomatoes (I have 10 pieces of cherry tomatoes)
5 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream 20-25%
2 teaspoons of mustard (you can take coarse-grained, now I have the usual)
100 g of hard cheese

If the fillet is fresh, then there is no talk at all. If ice cream, defrost in the refrigerator for a day, dry a little with napkins.
Cut the fish into large pieces, put in a baking dish (ceramic will be very good here), sprinkle with large salt and black pepper.
By the way, if you have portioned tins, put them on them right away, and you can serve them in them.
My tomatoes, at large we cut the stalk and shred in circles, and cut the cherry into halves.
Again, randomly (such a day) we scatter the fish fillet.
You can still add, but I did not.
We connect sour cream with mustard.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater ..... and mix with sour cream and mustard. If very thick, you can add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream.
We distribute all this mass on the cod with tomatoes.
We put the mold in the oven, turn it on 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes (plus or minus 5 minutes) until the cheese is completely melted and a delicious crust is obtained.
Done. The dish can be served without a side dish, with delicious bread and favorite herbs.
