Shortbread
Ingredients:
-4 cups flour
-1 pack of margarine for baking. You can 200 g of oil, but our mothers saved oil and baked on margarine
200 g sugar
200 g mayonnaise
-2 eggs
-a pinch of salt
Cooking:
1. Three margarine on a grater or cut into slices and grind with hands with 3 cups of flour until smooth.
2. Add sugar, eggs, mayonnaise and salt and knead the dough. Add flour.
3. The test is elastic and soft. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator. Cold dough will be better scrolled in a meat grinder.
4. Make baking sheets. Cover them with parchment and grease with oil. I had to get an old manual meat grinder. Choose a nozzle and twist the cookies of any length and configuration. Spread immediately on a baking sheet. We put the filled pan in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
5. While the first were baked, I wrapped it up yet.
