So happy you all are enjoying episode 1. I’d like to send a huge THANK YOU to my friend and brother for joining me. We hope this conversation is inspiring and informative. ✨ Aside from my own therapist, I truly enjoy the wisdom from - here are some reminders on boundary setting with others and yourself (slide 2) from Nedra’s book Set Boundaries, Find Peace. 📚

These reminders provide me and I hope you with the reassurance that we are doing the right thing. Boundaries are not meant to create division but to create healthier relationships with others (and self). 💜
