I wanted to have the server ready for beta invites yesterday, but my feelings have had me moving slower than I originally expected. Still determining when it will be ready, but in the next few days, I'll be working on spinning up a Discord server surrounding the Metaverse as a place to promote projects, knowledge share, and info dump during my job search.

There I hope to drop any interview topics, tutorials, or fun things I discover along the way should anyone want to learn from the experience. I would love to give founding members a chance at winning swag like this crewneck. Thoughts? Maybe some notebooks or blankets too? I worked on this over the process of a few days in between many naps. Stoked with the way it turned out.

I've been having a fun time taking AI-generated prompts and photo collaging together mood board pieces that I edit and add to further in Photoshop for game ideas. I really liked the way this one came out.

Celebrating some this week – I filed for our tax returns today! 💸

It was the first time including Jackie's Jawn in my taxes, and it made it feel all that much more real that I started this sole proprietorship just last year?! 🤯

If you haven't filed your taxes yet, don't worry! The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service announced a few days ago the 2020 tax year filing for individuals is extended from April 15, 2021, to May 17, 2021.

You still have time to check it off your list! ✅ 😄

Just yesterday, the Holiday Forest theme and Relax Mode update went out to Rhythm 'n Bullets– a shoot ’em up VR rhythm game that I'm working on with DBCreations.

Play through a new holiday-inspired level set in a tranquil, snowy forest. ❄️🌲 In Relax Mode, players can enjoy all their past favorite themes in a new way by having the ability to control which music layers are on, specify enemy and powerup spawn, and a new way to play where enemies are non-combative! 🎼👾🤩
