So on Saturday, I decided to cook me a healthy meal.

Salmon Bites Bowl
-Salmon
- Yellow Rice
-Steamed Broccoli

The salmon was cooked in a seseme ginger sauce and I had to add a little spice! I always add lemon juice when I make any kind of fish. Always season your food to when you feel your ancestors are pleased. Food is more than nourishment for the body it is good for the soul. What are some of your favorite things to cook?

It is imperative that you do self-care. It is important to know the things that bring you joy. It doesn’t have to cost any money. It is taking a walk. Going into nature. Looking at plants. Cooking a great meal. Buying things to make your life better. I appreciate the need to disconnect from devices and to be in the moment. Treat yourself this weak. Continue to be gentle with yourself. Lastly, be sweet!
