In this week’s episode, Jetta Blaine talks about the nuances within the choice to do the “inner work.”

Jetta goes deep into her own lived experiences that guided her to explore and practice different healing modalities - including indigenous medicines, somatic therapy, shadow work, and so much more.

This conversation is a reminder that there are many tools and paths to experience greater degrees of wholeness within ourselves. As individuals, we get to find the modalities that work best for our needs and desires.

Remember, you are so loved. You are so supported. You have so got this 💛

September was a big month for me. I had some of the most painful growth experiences, and I’m so grateful for the opportunities that empowered me to transcend into deeper levels of intimacy with myself, my interpersonal relationships, and with life.

All this happened inside an increasingly divisive and chaotic world where we’re being called to find our true voice while navigating the shifting sands of society.

As usual, my dear friend Georgina El Morshdy is here to hold space, provide reflections, and help us navigate this important conversation about sovereignty, intimacy, and living authentically in a world that’s trying to strip away your personal power.

Here are some of the key takeaways you’ll hear us discuss:

- How it feels to record the 200th episode of Stay Grounded.
- The experience of moving beyond the honeymoon phase in my relationship.
- Using your interpersonal relationships to find and heal core wounds.
- How a practice of awareness expands everything.
- Finding sovereignty inside of external chaos and uncertainty.
- Allowing your body to alchemize what you’re feeling.
- Purpose is not what you do, it’s who you are.
- Leveraging death cycles to heal and grow.
- And so much more...

These monthly reflections are always an anchor for me because I get to practice being seen in even bigger ways.

I hold little back in these episodes because I want to give you an intimate glimpse into the rich benefits that emerge from diving deep into self-growth and personal development. I’m passionate about the power and healing potential of self-awareness and by showing you how these energies inspire and empower my life, I hope they open up something deeper for you too.

Thanks for being part of this incredible community. Here’s to the next 200 conversations.

What’s my purpose?

It’s a deep question that a lot of us contemplate at some point in our lives.

It’s also a question that can get us tangled up in knots! We want to know the truth. We’re worried we’ll get it wrong. We’re scared we’ll never find out!

By what if we’re making the answer to this profound question harder than it needs to be…

In this week’s episode, Daniel Mangena summed up the purpose question so powerfully and simply when he said, “The purpose of life is to live and everything else is sprinkles.”

Sit with that answer for a moment and notice how it lands for you.

Then ask yourself, what needs to happen to just live? We know, it’s another delving question! But one you may enjoy mulling over.

And if you’re curious to know what Daniel has to say on these topics too:

- Why are we so attached to and driven by results?
- Differentiating between a life lived in the head and a life lived in the heart.
- How children ignite a desire for presence.
- The power of feeling gratitude for it all.
- Understanding the purpose of life [it’s a lot simpler than you think].
- Owning the power that comes from knowing.
- And more...

Check out this week’s episode of Stay Grounded. [It’s a good one.]

Who are we?

A super-deep, multi-faceted question that you could answer for an eternity…

And that opens multiple levels of discovery in the process.

Wherever the answer to this question takes you, there’s something worth remembering…

If we identify with the mind alone, we can’t explore the full spectrum of the human experience.

Who are we really if we integrate heart, body, and soul alongside the mind?

In this week’s episode, discover what identity and reality shifts are possible when you expand your definition of who you are…

And meet yourself in the present moment.

Rewind back a few years, and I was living a life run by the mind.

It’s a common problem in the western world. We place such a high value on intelligence and celebrate analytical and logical thinking.

No question, the mind is infinitely powerful - but it’s just one aspect of being human.

To experience it all, we have to learn how to feel into our heart-centered wisdom and live through its expression. Often illogical and frequently wild, our heart connects us back into a deep connection with God and source - so we can remember that abundance is a birthright.

The journey to the heart is an experience I share with this week’s guest - my brother Daniel Mangena.

Daniel Mangena is an international best-selling author, host of the Do It With Dan podcast, broadcaster, and an abundance coach. Daniel is entirely self-made and has spent decades perfecting his world-class coaching methodologies. In 2020, he was listed as one of the top 10 life coaches to watch.

Daniel is on a mission to empower people to reconnect with their inherent abundance and discover meaning and joy in their lives. Daniel is passionate about this vision because he believes that world issues caused by fear and scarcity can start to dissolve away when we remember how abundant life truly is.

In this episode, Daniel shares how he came to understand the power of heart-led living. We also dive deep into the following:

- Why are we so attached to and driven by results?
- Differentiating between a life lived in the head and a life lived in the heart.
- How children ignite a desire for presence.
- The power of feeling gratitude for it all.
- Understanding the purpose of life
- Owning the power that comes from knowing.
- And more…

If you’re ready to delve into life beyond what the overthinking mind says is practical and achievable, then this episode is for you.

I’m beyond excited to share this week’s episode with you because you’re going to meet one of THE most instrumental men to enter my life.

I’ve wanted to record this conversation for over a year - and when the time was right, we got to record this one in person.

Andy Drish is my brother, mentor, a serial entrepreneur, seasoned psychonaut, and founder of The Art of Love - where he and his wife help couples build happier, healthier and higher functioning relationships.

Hand on heart, there’s no one else on this planet that I trust with relationship advice and wisdom more than Andy.

For many reasons...

Firstly, Andy has one of the most beautiful relationships I’ve ever had the privilege to observe and learn from. Andy and Libby have been together for over ten years, and they’ve created this beautiful container, which they can both lean into as they curiously explore the deepest aspects of who they came to be.

Plus, Andy continues to do the inner work - for himself, his communities, and for the deepening of his own marriage.

In this week’s episode, Andy shares what it takes to build a relationship that can flourish and grow in passion over a lifetime. This is a deep and vulnerable conversation, with so much wisdom I wish they taught in schools.

Here’s an overview of what we explore.

- Why are people resistant to leaning into the end of a chapter
- How to lean into heartbreak as a catalyst for profound growth
- How do you know when to end a relationship and when to re-ignite it
- What relational shifts can happen when you stop thinking and start feeling
- How to cultivate secure attachment in your relationships
- The art of creating interdependence instead of codependency
- Understanding the four stages of a relationship and how to move through them

When we learn to stay grounded in our relationships, we can stay grounded in all areas of our lives. Because at the core of it - everything we do involves other people. If you want to build a relationship where love can deepen and flourish while you grow into the most sovereign versions of yourself, this episode is for you.

This week’s guest is Jayson Gaddis. Jayson is the founder of The Relationship School and author of the new book - Getting To Zero: How To Work Through Conflict In Your High-Stakes Relationships.

Jayson believes one of the reasons people struggle with conflict - and even end their relationships - is a low threshold for handling the things that trigger us.

If a partner or a situation has ever triggered you, you’ll know how uncomfortable it is to sit with yourself.

Feelings of anger, guilt, resentment, frustration, and shame don’t feel good in our bodies. What’s more, if we’ve never been taught how to hold or navigate these feelings, it can feel easier to blame the person who made us feel them!

Jayson Gaddis is a master of conflict resolution in high-stakes relationships.

In this powerful conversation, Jayson reveals some of the practices and techniques he’s mastered to help move through conflict and come out stronger.

As you’ll hear in the episode, people who are skilled at navigating conflict can actually create breakthroughs in their relationships. You’ll learn how when you check out this conversation.

I love this episode because it offers a bite-sized introduction to Jayson’s teachings. We explore:

The power of taking a pause over a time out.
Moving into neutrality during an argument.
Creating a feeling of safety inside a conflict.
Learning your partner’s reassurance statement.
The principle of mutuality.
Coming in with empathy instead of complaints.
What to do if you have a need to be defensive and ‘right’.
And more…

If you want to become a master of conflict resolution and significantly elevate your ability to walk through life with someone you love, this episode is essential listening.

Relationships are a point of friction for many of us. We are not taught in schools how to navigate friction and conflict when it emerges in conversation, often leading to burned bridges and permanent separation.

But what if conflict could provide a route for healing, deeper connection, and richer levels of self-awareness and expression of needs?

Jayson Gaddis is the founder of The Relationship School and author of the new book - Getting To Zero: How To Work Through Conflict In Your High-Stakes Relationships.

Jayson has mastered the art of creating indestructible relationships by showing people how to become skilled at navigating challenges and friction. Jayson is here to show us that we don’t have to run away from uncomfortable conversations. Equipped with particular mindsets, tools, and techniques, arguments can become a catalyst for personal healing, deeper connection, and learning more about the person who sits on the other side of you.

I’m currently reading his new book and it’s fantastic. I’m discovering so many practical techniques that are helping me to better express my needs and navigate conflict.

So if you want to become a master of conflict resolution and significantly elevate your ability to walk through life with someone you love, this episode is essential listening.

It’s easy to mistake our value for the things that we can do.

Our talents.
Credentials.
Qualifications.
Experience etc.

It’s true, all of these ‘measures’ are valuable…

But what if there’s something else that’s even more priceless than the next thing you acquire, learn, or master?

What if THE most valuable thing you have is YOU.
Your essence.
Your being?

When you realize you are the asset, you take a new level of control over your life…
Because you understand - at a deeply profound level - how powerful you are.

Your core knowing is a vast source of insight, intuition, and inspiration.

It’s the secret to the aligned life you want to live.

In this week’s episode, I chat with podcast host and author - Vipul Bhesania - to explore how you can connect deeper into the truth of who we are.

Together, we explore:

- The power of cultivating self-awareness.

This episode’s guest feels like a soul brother to me. Vipul Bhesania and I had an instant resonance when we first met, and since then we’ve had so many profound conversations on and off the mic.

Vipul has a gift of expressing thoughts and emotions through words that connect with people on a really deep level. Through his work, Vipul inspires other people to seek their truth through his Know Your Legacy podcast, and his new book - ‘Searching in Silence’.

Most importantly, he’s a deeply spiritual soul committed to doing the work.

The conversation we recorded together for this episode was deeper and more profound than anything I could have consciously prepared for.

We took a curious path through many concepts - covering everything from soul truths, to routines, rituals, and discovering the path that is uniquely yours to take.

We cover everything from:

- The power of cultivating self-awareness
- The role of resonance in finding and experiencing love
- Connection as a currency
- Surrendering the need to lead from the mind and make space for the heart
- Discovering our superpowers and how we’re learning to own them.
- Understanding what you need in the moment and finding the path that’s perfect for you
- Softening to hear the inner, inner voice.

It’s not always easy to express our wants and needs.

It takes a lot of courage to express what we desire and put into place boundaries. But when we find the courage to take a stand for what’s best for us, we open the door to deeper, more connected, safer relationships with people in our lives.

Boundaries help define who we are - to ourselves and others.

They draw the red lines.

They mark out the places where you are not moveable. They protect your values and empower your preferences.

No wonder setting energetic and physical boundaries is such a powerful skill to master.

It’s something we explore in-depth during this week’s episode of Stay Grounded.

Karlee Fain - a celebrity business and health coach who shows career-driven women how to upgrade their boundaries so they can tap into their deepest wisdom and stop people-pleasing.

Boundary settings is a core area of expertise for Karlee, and in this episode, we explore:

- Why creating boundaries isn’t easy.
- How to know that our boundaries are appropriate.
- How our body tells us that it’s time to set boundaries.
- What are boundaries protecting?
- Determining which values are worth creating boundaries around.
- How to be radically honest with yourself.

Welcome to Stay Grounded

Stay Grounded is a weekly podcast, Facebook Group, and social media movement where aspiring life enthusiasts can connect and ignite a passion for life as we take action, experience rapid growth, and create realities that inspire and excite us to be more.

It’s our hope that the positivity, content, and resources we create will resonate with you on a deeper level. That what you hear in our podcast, read in our thoughtful posts, or learn in our courses will empower you to live with intention, uncover your true purpose, and challenge the internal dialogues that stop you being who you really want to be.

Do you want to ignite your life with passion, fulfillment, and intention? We can help.

Join our community of like-minded people and take the first steps toward living an extraordinary life.
