I did this for a few reasons:
1️⃣ I wanted to do something that feels a little different in your inbox.
2️⃣ Time is not something I have much of these days & this is a much more manageable format for me in this season of life
3️⃣ TBH, this is way more fun for me (and that matters in your marketing strategy!).

The online business space saw a huge surge during and after the pandemic (and I'm someone who left my corporate job & joined this space during it!), but now that's fizzled out...
People are tired of Zoom webinars, cookie-cutter Instagram graphics, and shady online coaches—they're ready for REAL connections + in-person networking.
This does NOT mean you need to stop marketing yourself online.
It means we need to start building REAL relationships, create spaces that WE own, and not just build brands that only exist on Instagram.

Let's talk about an integrated marketing approach & why this is important!
The key to building a BRAND and a future-proofed business, rather than just a following on a social media platform, is to show up in multiple spaces in a consistent manner. (Ideally, at least one that you own.)
This could look like: 2-3 social media platforms, email, and a space for longform content. (Or whatever combination works for you.)
Wherever you choose to show up, the key is to 1) not put all your eggs in one basket and 2) have all your different platforms work together to create a consistent, integrated brand experience for your ideal target audience.

👉 Identify what makes your brand different from the competition and double down on that.
👉 Use your most interesting brand fonts and colors (if you have them!).
👉 Figure out your brand's personality and voice and write down go-to ways to express that in your content.
👉 Leverage video, your own voice and your own expertise whenever possible!
