I know its been a long time since I last posted. But the fire fam and the world lost an OG last Friday. It doesn’t seem real, I dont want to believe it, but MeowKiddyKat aka Omar moved on from this world on 11/4/2022. I apprecitate every moment we had together whether that be the countless hours of Destiny raids and Call of Duty.

The world is not going to be the same without you and I’ll always remember you’re sense of humor and just the upbeat way you called my name every time I popped into your stream to say Hi. I hope wherever you wind up in the universe that you are finally at peace and out of pain. As banshee-44 once said, “I wont forget everyone we lost… I wont.”

May the traveler look down upon you.

Man I miss you guys. PSA. Take care of yourself and your mental health. You are the most important person and only you can take care of yourself.

Mine plummeted a few months ago when I lost the ability to hang with y’all and I‘ve been clawing my way back.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who reached out to check on me, even if I didn’t message you back and ghosted you because I didn’t have the time or energy to respond.

Just a random update. I am going through a lot of personal things. I am now a single mom. Our relationship is over 6 days before it was going to be 9 years. I‘d like everyone to be respectful to him and do not badger him for his decision. It will just be me with the kids 24/7 and where we are moving to has no internet therefore no possible way to stream for the forseeable future until 1. I get us into an apartment or 2. I somehow get accepted for a mortgage for a house.

It is time for me to become that pheonix and rise from the ashes to bigger and better things. If you need me dm me. Thank you for all the wonderful times and the confidence that I have gained.

Today I got some of the worst news of my life.

While my father and I have not always had a relationship and it’s been super rocky recently he went in for a routine surgery to get a mass removed from his neck. While he was under the knife the Surgeon was concerned on how the mass looked so they sent it off for testing in which it came back as cancerous. They got as much of it out as they could, but there was still much more left. Today we got the results and it’s stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma. As of right now they are optimistic if it hasn’t spread to his chest. The 9 lymph nodes they pulled out that were cancerous seem to react to radiation so there is hope.

My ask to you is no matter what, who, or how you believe in something, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. He will need as much good positive vibes as he can get as he tries to fight this.

It is so heartwarming to hear the strong stories that are people defending their home and country and just being straight up badasses.

An old lady who went up to the heavily armored Russian soldiers saying, “keep sunflower seeds in your pocket so when my countrymen kill you at least the flowers will grow in your place.”

The people taking up arms to defend themselves and their families.

The lives lost when trying to defend Chernobyl from getting into Russian hands.

This is such a scary time in history. But to know that these people are still holding strong, fighting back gives not only me but all of us hope.

Sending my prayers and strength to everyone over in the Ukraine.

Love you guys. It’s more important then ever. Please stay safe. And stay strong. We can get through ANYTHING if we do it TOGETHER.

Gosh I miss you. Yes you. So here’s a quick update. I have to be able to hit certain sales metrics at my job to qualify for graduation (yes I know it’s been almost 3 months and the training for this job is 14 weeks long). Graduation is on March 8th. Right now I have to focus on meeting graduation metrics to be able to get on the floor and everthing to be less stressful.

I’m hoping to be back by the week after March 8th. It may not be EVERY day but at least 3-4 times a week until I can secure a better schedule!

LOOK at this small PP energy y'all! LOL first off, if you don't know my story that's okay, but my weight has been a battle all of my life. I have PCOS which makes it really hard to lose weight and really easy to gain it. I have severe recurring major depressive disorder which also doesn't help. I've had 2 beautiful children. So my weight is just a number to me. I know my value, I know I am just as beautiful inside and out as every other girl out there.

But this. One point in time this would have hurt me. Now I post it here as a point. One of solidarity. I refuse to let someone push me around or bully me without calling out their foul behavior. I refuse to give someone else power over me. I know my worth. If you don't like fat chicks cool. Do you. If you like big women, cool, do you. But to put people down, to make memes about them and bring them up to your community and let your community bully and harrass them it shows how many issues you have.

This man has a LOT of them. I messaged his gaming page tonight privately after he banned me on Twitch so I couldn't stick up for myself (and then continued to bash me for around 2 hours intermittently and even brought them up the NEXT stream and do this...) and he blocked me on Facebook so he could tell his chat that I blocked him. 😂😂 I told him tonight to unban me on Twitch, and to bring up said private message to his community to show them all how much of a liar, manipulator, and just down right repulsive this man is (which we all know he won't do because he knows he's wrong about everything and doesn't have the balls.)

So here is is, the real Phez. The bully. The liar. The manipulator. I want him to prove me right and pull up everything in his chat so that way everyone can see how much of a loser he is.

Karma is a bitch. And she comes around. I for one like to steer clear.

When you haven’t streamed in 2 weeks because you actually have a job and real life things to do like taking care of your kids and you find out another streamer not only has your name in their mouth but they start spewing lies about messages between the two of “us” talking and how much I wanted him and was flirting with him.

I then have to get my phone find his dumb ass on twitch (also a Facebook streamer) and ask him to keep my name out of his mouth. He then starts shaming me about my weight (think every name under the sun, morbidly obese, fat, elephant, hippopotamus, etc) and continues to allude to sexually explicit content that apparently happened between the two of us. And then bans my ass so I can’t prove him wrong.

So here it is… is this thread sexual in any way to yall? In fact this man did one of my BIGGEST pet peeves and added me on Facebook randomly and slid into my dms without EVER conversing with me and basically begged me to follow him. Me being the nice person I am, I did. I haven’t even viewed his stream more than once.

Lots of new life changes over the next week or so! So PLEASE bear with me. My work is moving me to my permanent schedule on Sunday, so I only have 1 day off in a 14 day period.

There is definitely going to be an adjustment period over the next week. I'll try to stream as much as I can... But it will be earlier. My schedule is shifting from 10am-6:30pm to 2pm-10:30 pm. So its gonna be a huge adjustment!

The nightmares are the WORST. Last night I had a nightmare that was far from what happened in real life, but put me through all of the emotions. I had my baby in my arms (non-specific) and had to escape and run away from my captor, but kept getting caught and dragged back. The fear, helplessness, guilt that I felt were akin to the same I felt during the original event. The absolute TERROR of knowing that my baby wasn't going to be safe and that it was my fault was intangible.

I used to get these nightmares every night, every time I closed my eyes. I didn't feel rested or like I got a full night sleep for MONTHS. You never do after a nightmare, because your body is in fight or flight mode when you are supposed to be recuperating from the day. But instead your mind doesn't allow it to calm down. It keeps you in that stressed state, all night long.

If you have these nightmares. If you have PTSD, know you are not alone. It is freaking HARD to function sometimes, but there are people out there that are going through the same thing.

Just know, if you EVER need to vent or talk my inbox is ALWAYS open.

🎄Merry Christmas 🎄 to my extended fam (of course I mean you, silly 😜), I hope it was amazing for each one of you guys.

While my kids 👶🏼 are enjoying everything Santa 🎅🏼brought them, I’d like to take a moment to tell you how much every one of you mean to me.

When I started streaming 🎥 almost 2 years ago, I never imagined the family I’d be falling into, all the amazing people from, just about, everywhere. I never imagined all the wonderful friendships and fun times we have had. All the pain and the hurt we’ve been through in that short time period. All the loss. And honestly if it wasn’t for you, each and every one of you, I’d still be a depressed, stay at home mom, who was unhappy with herself, her daily life, her aspirations.

Since then, we have come SO FAR 🥰, and the best part is, we did it together. 🔥 From the days that my community helped stand me up when I was down, to the days where I held each one of you up when you were going through something, I cherish them ALL. 💖

I love you guys! Happy Holidays! We will be live tomorrow at some point! But today and yesterday were for the family who sticks by me, but kind of demand I spend some time with them, well, cuz I live with em… 😂
