The two-day writeshop program on the Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) organized by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) was held on February 5-6, 2024, at the Grand Ballroom of Sibugay Hotel in Ipil. At exactly 7:30AM, November 25, 2022 along NLSA Road near Notre Dame Sienna, an accident happened between Green Yamaha Mio Scooter and a Dmax Pick-up Truck.

According to bystanders, the pick-up truck had a sudden brake and the scooter with a speed bumped to the left corner side of the truck.

Because of the incident, it caused a traffic congestion to commuters and motorists.

The lady driver of the pick-up had no injury but the rider of the sccoter had a slight abrassion and slight injury.

The Traffic Enforcers immediately assisted the incident.
