one of the things we discuss in our latest episode is this:
forgiveness is a process. 🕊️
whilst the practice of forgiveness will bring you peace in the long run, it is important that you are not denying yourself any emotions. you need to give yourself space to feel everything you need to feel so that when you do forgive, it is TRUE forgiveness and not repression.
