1.Assuming we have enough player liquidity, we will eventually split into multiple leaderboards so that players can compete at different levels - E.g.
Great League - Only Level 1 Body Parts
Ultra League - Up to Level 3 Body Parts
Master League - Any Level Body Parts

2.Upgrades will have tree structures, so a given part can be upgraded into multiple different other parts. Players can spend resources to do a random upgrade, or spend more resources to choose which upgraded part they want.
Certain upgraded parts might have pure buffes (e.g. +10 attack), some might be more unique changes that could create more unique combos (e.g. +20 attack, remove Stun effect), and others could even be pure cosmetic.
Part Upgrades will not be reversible and you cannot use moves from the lower level part. We prefer people to create a diversity of Axies in their collection to create more combinations, vs having a single Axie that can have tons of combinations of part that can be switched anytime.

3.To address power creep, we will eventually have deprecation of body parts and moves in the main Ranked Mode and introduce new ones, similar to Pokemon TCG / Magic The Gathering. We’ll introduce a “Legacy” Ranked mode where players can use any moves even if they’ve been deprecated, but in the primary Ranked Mode only the latest set of moves can be used.
