About the Institute of Hydrocarbon Studies
The Institute of Hydrocarbon Studies is a multilateral research and not-for-profit educational institution established under CAM Act 1 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 1990 and approved by Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Education and the Federal Ministry of Justice.
