I can’t stop crying! it’s finally here!!! I’m so honored to be a part of this book.
For a long time I didn’t think I would ever be able to talk about ARFID publicly, but in sharing my story I found healing in a way I never could have imagined. I’m so thankful to everyone who encouraged me along the way. My heart is overflowing with love!

lately ive been filling my time baking sourdough bread and learning about my family history. I’ve always been hesitant to look into my past because I was scared of what I might find but to my surprise I’ve found that kindness quite literally runs in my family. I was reading about my 4th great grandpa who was a southerner that fought for the Union in the civil war & they talked about how he was obsessed with John Milton’s Paradise Lost which gave me chills because I’ve had on my nightstand beside my bed for months because I saw it at a thrift store and was drawn to it. I also found my 4th great grandma was named Eva, which was the name of my cat i always called my guardian angel. Sometimes the signs are there you just have to look✨ .
