September is PCOS Awareness Month! 🩵

I want to take the time to encourage anyone who is on this journey. I know that it can be a difficult one and at times confusing but just know that you’re not alone. We’re not alone. There is always hope even if it’s hard to hold on to it at times. We’re perfect exactly as we are. It can be hard to look at it that way because we may sometimes feel that our body fails us as women but we’re perfect just the way we are. We should embrace it and instead of it being just a syndrome or “disease”, it’s a journey. A journey that can teach us self love and acceptance. So, I’m sending love to all of my PCOS Cysters! 🩵 and just know that you’re loved, you’re worthy and you’re beautiful. 🫶🏼
