Hi friends! Just like everybody else, we needed a short break to refresh our spirits after a busy holiday season (we totally blame the mellow embrace of January). But we are so happy to kick off 2024 with our first monthly playlist of the year!

Claire Rousay richt zich met haar muziek op persoonlijke emoties en de bijzonderheden van het dagelijks leven – voicemails, field recordings, stopwatches, gefluister en gesprekken – en laat hun betekenis exploderen. Rousay is maandelijks terug te vinden op NTS Radio met MENDED DREAMS, een show waarin ze reist doorheen helende elektronica, minimalistische composities en veel meer.

Coby Sey gooide in 2022 hoge ogen met de release van zijn debuutalbum Conduit op het toonaangevende label. Met een gelaagde mix van elektronica, lo-fi grime, echoënde gitaarloops en zijn eigenzinnig stemgeluid toonde Sey dat de Londense kring waarin hij vertoeft (met o.a. Mica Levi, Brother May, en Kwes) nog lang niet uitgeëxperimenteerd is.
