🇺🇸 Exciting News for Veterans! 🇺🇸 Project Unity proudly presents Fresh Start 4 Vets, an initiative aimed at providing job training and occupational skills to our heroes who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 🛠️💙

🌟 Our mission is to assist Veterans in getting back on their feet, increasing their chances of rejoining the workforce, and paving the way towards self-sufficiency.

💼 Fresh Start 4 Vets is fully funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, a federal grant-based employment program designed to meet the specific needs of Veterans in our community. 🤝 Serving all 7 counties across the Brazos Valley, we're dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

✨ Eligibility Criteria:
✅ At least one day of active duty service
✅ Discharge that is anything but dishonorable
✅ At risk of homelessness, currently homeless, or homeless in the last 60 days
✅ Low income or currently receiving public assistance
✅ Needing assistance transitioning from incarceration

Tour homes along the oak shaded streets in College Station’s earliest resident community, the Southside Historic Neighborhood. Guests will be able to tour four homes and discover the historical significance of an additional seven homes – each to be highlighted in this year’s tour on Saturday, April 6, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM*. Proceeds will go to preserve and promote Southside Historic Neighborhood.
