"PMDD: a half life" - our latest documentary, in development.

In a patriarchal world, where stigma and shame have hidden the challenges of menstruating, five million women and girls live with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), a darker and more extreme affliction than the much more common premenstrual syndrome (PMS). An expanding community of PMDD survivors are breaking taboos and pushing to normalize the unspoken within an evolving landscape where science is finally catching up with this cyclical nightmare.

We're working on a documentary about premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) which negatively impacts the lives of some women, girls and trans men.

We're looking for British Columbians who are willing to share their stories on camera. Our goal is to reflect the diverse experiences and voices of those living with PMDD.
