So just had my first Karen experience 🙄

Mind you …. I’ve been going to my nail shop for about a year…and have built a relationship with not just the tech but the whole staff…Yall know I’m super friendly…😂

Here comes Karen… “I’d like to speak to the owner. I’ve been waiting here for an hour.. another lady (me) came in and was immediately assisted, she was given wine… I wasn’t… she was given snacks.. I wasn’t… hell they even changed the f #%+€ channel for her. …” and so on and so on…

But this why customer loyalty is important… the whoooooooooole staff ate her a*zup 😂😂… why?

Because my appointment has been the forth Friday at 4pm since forever… they said they offered her something to drink.. she refused.. lol they don’t have to ask me cause they know I want my white wine. They know I love watching ESPN (its 4 TVs) and as far as the snack, well that’s just something my tech does cause our appointments we be trying new fruits or snack she brings me….💝

Moral of the story… Be consistent, Tip BIG and Be friendly b% #!+!!!!!!!!
