Guess the cat is out of the bag. Monte Cook Games is releasing an open license for the Cypher System and Blood & Chrome a cyberpunk setting and Cypher System rules companion is coming from Marlowe House.

As noted earlier this summer, due scheduling reasons we will nit be able to run Isolacon in 2021. We hope to return to hosting an event to raise money for RCRFcharity.org in the near future, until we game again, be safe and healthy

Regretfully in light of the limits of the human condition, we will not be able to run Isolacon as planned in early 2021. We hope that you will not forget to support your gaming creatives and specifically RCRFcharity.org throughout the coming months and years. We are humbled by the kindness and generosity of our sponsors, publishers, and participants. You are rockstars.

Game creators have needs throughout the year, not just in a time of Covid-19. We will make this an annual online charitable event for RCRF starting next year on Feb. 5-7, 2021.

We did it! With only three weeks to plan our team planned and executed an online convention. I hope everyone had a great time but we’re not closing up this party. There will be an IsolaCon 2. So stay tuned for details or drop by www.twitch.tv/marlowehouse this Friday at 9pm EST for the earliest details and the announcement of just what kind of impact we were able to make together.

We’re more than halfway through our first day and while we may have had a few hiccups I’m very proud of what we have accomplished so far. I want to thank all of our donors, volunteer GMs, guest players, and panelists. We are making a difference for someone and it is more magical than a critical hit or a fireball. TENEBRIS INFINITUM

The year is 2320 and man has achieved the ability to cross the sea of stars at speeds beyond the speed of light. Fifty years ago, the colony ship, Sonum Star left earth with one hundred thousand sleepers. A fifty-year journey to a new planet in the Andromeda galaxy. To traverse over 2 million light-years in just 50 years was a paramount achievement.

The 12 Members of the advance crew awaken first to hear friendly voices over their coms. Telling them that their colony has been established for them. All they now have to do is get their collective butts planetside for the celebration and explanations. That was a week ago. Upon taking the lander and making their way to the planet, they find a massive facility built into the side of one of the mountains, but its completely deserted. So many questions. Who built this place and who were you talking to just a few days ago and where is everyone now? Starring the Cypher Unlimited crew, with Alyx Wulf, Erik Frankhouse, and Grant Ellis!!!
