Nothing easier than a crockpot meal folks. Veggies ✅ Protein ✅ Gut health ✅ Love using @kettleandfire bone broth for added nutrition and high quality ingredients. Guys, I will probably never be good at reels. Do you know how many pancakes I could have made during the filming and cropping of this? It’s basically lunch time and my kids are starving. 🤪 kidding. Anywho, I did not invent the recipe for banana egg pancakes - but I will take credit for making them more nutrient dense by adding things like chia, hemp and flax. Bisquick is complete garbage - please stop buying it. Even some of the healthier versions of pancake mix don’t stand a chance against these babies! 🥞 Loaded with fiber, protein, omega 3s, iron, calcium and potassium. And the cinnamon is rich is antioxidants, can support blood sugar control and reduce inflammation. Whip these up for your fam and hold the Aunt Jemima - they are naturally sweet from the bananas. 🍁 #eatrealfood Typical Jax fashion is eyeball everything but these are fool proof. Here’s what y’a need: 2-3 bananas (more ripe the better) 2 eggs Dash of vanilla extract 2-3 heaping TBS of hemp seeds, chia seeds & ground flax Blob of cinnamon Mash 🍌 Mix 🥚 Add the vanilla & dry ingredients and make as you would any other pancakes.
