Hello everyone! I’m here to announce this weeks episode of Students of Mind! Our topic of the week is grief, and joining to give some insight is Katie Dalmas. Katie describes herself as a grieving loved one, as she lost her mother at 21 years old. Since then, Katie founded Beyond the Clouds with a mission to find ways to holistically support families with loved one’s who are diagnosed with terminal or chronic illness. Currently, she is releasing the first season of the Beyond the Clouds podcast series, where she sits down with the chronic and terminally ill to discuss the raw emotions around knowing that you’re going to die.
