It appears the Something In the Water Fest is attracting the MOST controversy and it has the largest POSITIVE undertone attached.

The festival has been implemented to provide a positive experience to college students during spring break to create record breaking revenue to the city of Virginia Beach. The ultimate goal is to place our beautiful city in a positive, national spot light in hopes to attract attendees from a far.

Becky Livas gave a historical tour of African American Art at the Chrysler Museum's Black History Month Gallery Talk.

Cultural events such as this depicts the true essence of African Americans.
