We had another great meditative inquiry week this week, practicing taking Dogen's "Backward Step" into the vast, infinite and eternal spaciousness sitting right here.
It's a real honour watching each participant slip in and out of their re-recognition and gentle delicate immersion and re-awakening into that sweet foreverness / no-thing-ness ... and the palpable joy that's shared as we continue deepening into this pristine unconditioned awareness.
And enjoying that space frequently through our day, not just in our meditation periods, forges a new way in. ... to enter that gate-less gate ... it's a true blessing and constant miracle, watching this emptiness becoming form and the form un-becoming back into emptiness again.

We begin with an exploration into what awareness actually is and then put it into practice with a 20-30 minute EasyWay meditation. Your first session is free, then $10 a class.
