Be aware of the 4 White Devils - these are the cause of many problems due to S.A.D. (Standard American Diet, also now available, here, in the UK).

On this episode of the SBWH Podcast Jill & Dan are discussing the seemingly endless amount of diets out there. From Keto and Paleo, to Vegan and Flexiterian. Each one claims to be the best thing since sliced bread (pun intended) however, this leads to a lot of confusion since the so called 'science' contradicts itself. So, the aim of this episode is to clearly explain what each diet consists of, the pros & cons of each one and to give you some healthy eating advice which applies to all of these diets.

Highlights include: Jills dinosaur co2 theory, intuitive eating, a warning about 'no added sugar' labels, an interesting story about cornflakes and ma********on (yes you read that right) and stay tuned to the end to hear Jill & Dan go full hippie mode and talk about food prayers and the chakra system.

However, marketers take advantage of this and attempt to sell us on the latest & greatest fitness class, supplement or diet, promising better results in less time than the tried and tested solutions.

We’ve been saying it for many years, and finally lockdown gave us the time to work it all out and get everything in place for it to happen.

Who knew that me and Dan would love talking so much about health and fitness 🤔 😆

Our final episode for 2020 is our review of the year from a personal and global perspective.

It's safe to say it has been a year like no other, often challenging and scary with a lot of unknowns.

But life is a game of perspective and if you chose to react in a positive way and looked for the opportunities provided by the pandemic, 2020 may have been your best year ever.
