In an interview with local media, Steve Chimwaza, Spokesperson of the grouping said among other issues they want government to address economic challenges facing the nation including the rising cost of living.
The grouping also want government to address issues of employment as jobs are hard to attain more especially for the youth who were highly put on the government agenda.
Chimwaza has since said the protests will also take place in the other regions later on.
A 37-year-old man is accusing police in Chitipa of assaulting him with a hot pressing iron on his shoulders and head-on allegations that he stubbed a s*x worker mid - October this year, in the district.
Leonard Mkumbwa who is now on court bail has expressed of his intentions to pursue an assault case against the police claiming that allegations that he stabbed a s*x worker are false.
However, Chitipa Police Spokesperson, Sub Inspector Hope Nyalinyali, while confirming having knowledge of the issue says Mkumbwa was assaulted by a mob that reacted after he committed the offense.

There was commotion at Kamuzu International Airport this morning before departure of a Malawi Airlines flight to Johannesburg.
Crew members arrived at the airport only to find their authorities had engaged crew from Ethiopian Airlines to manage the flight which has a stop in Blantyre before Johannesburg.
This came after Malawi Airlines employees announced they will stage a sit-in beginning today over demands for a pay hike.
MZUZU HIT BY SCABIES
Ministry of Health is advising people in the country to observe hygiene following an outbreak of scabies which has now affected over 12 districts.
The Ministry's Spokesperson, Adrian Chikumbe, said Mzuzu has now registered over 1000 scabies cases adding that the number is expected to rise in the next 24 hours.
He said apart from Blantyre, cases have also been registered in Zomba, Nsanje, Chikwawa, Mangochi, Lilongwe, Dedza, Nkhotakota, Chitipa, Chiradzulu among others.
The Ministry's publicist said going at the current rate it will not be surprising to hear that more districts are registering more cases in the next 24 hours.

Scabies Continues to Paralyse most Districts in Malawi as the Disease has now terrorised Dowa,Lilongwe,Dedza,Mchinji and Ntchisi in the Central Region.
Blantyre was first to be affected last week, registering 2,099 Cases but the cases have now jumped to 7,600 as Most Central Districts have joined the queue.
