At your wedding there will be a lot of pressures to have your day be a certain way or follow certain traditions. It is totally okay and we would even recommend, that you only do the things you want to do, and feel free to come up with things that are unique and special for you.
These two chose to sing worship songs with their friends and family around a campfire after dancing. This was so important to them and it created such a special moment and memory for them that they will never forget. They started their marriage together worshiping and in community ❤️

Speeches! But wait, before you go crazy, here is some context. Speeches can be some of the most beautiful and genuine moments at weddings, however, they are best within reason.
Read bottom for two tips for having great speeches
So often, there will be as many as six speeches and each can go as long as ten minutes. While it is amazing to hear all the great things about you from your friends and family, so much of the speeches are ramblings about “funny” stories and sometimes they can get a little uncomfortable for everyone!
Here are our two tips for speeches!
First, have some of the people closer to you speak at your rehearsal dinner. This can be a great time to hear from the people closest to you with the people closest to you! These longer speeches are often loved most by the people who know the context and all the special moments.

This can be as simple as a time limit or asking them to focus on the more genuine things ❤️
At the end of the day, you get to decide how many speeches you want and how you want to go about them, however it can be good to remember that long drawn out speeches aren’t often fun for your guests and also might not be ideal for you to enjoy the most of your night!

This wedding was super unique for a few reasons! First off, they got married in the same place they met and fell in love, which is so special, but secondly because that place was the Hardin County Fair Grounds. It was such a unique experience and it was so special to see two people who were so in love come together to create so much beauty in a space that was already beautiful to them. Catherine Scharf and Andrew, thank you so much for all of your trust to document your special day.
There are so many special weddings we have not gotten to share yet from last year, so I wanted to show you guys this one today. It was truly a special event and I am really happy with how it all turned out. What a special couple and what a special day!

With the wedding season coming up I figured its time to get sharing some of the awesome videos from last year we haven't had a chance to share yet! Here is one from early summer last year at one of the most stunning venues in North West Ohio. Crimson Lane It was a magical night and Im thankful to have gotten to work on it!
Molly and Nolan's wedding was such a special celebration, it was awesome documenting such a beautiful love story and everyone was so kind and so much fun! Honestly it was just really incredible to see their love for God and how He was so present during their celebration.

I have shared some photos from this wedding but here is the video. It was an incredible story and an incredible wedding with so much love and energy from everyone involved. I really loved this event and it was so much fun to capture.

This wedding video was a lot of fun to make. The wedding was beautiful and I'm really glad I got to work on it. I hope you all enjoy! Luke and Lauren's love for eachother is super aparant and it was really cool to play a part in telling their story.
The Wedding of Luke and Laura Metzger. This wedding was absolutely beautiful and I am so thankful to have had the chance to capture it. These two are truly in love and it was awesome to see how well their family and friends came around them and supported them on their wedding day. It is such a blessing to work for a couple whose love for each other and for Christ is so apparent.

One of the first weddings I got to shoot this year and it was a special one. Alicia Carevic and Max Carevic were a blessing to work with and I am really glad I got to shoot their video! All the happiness to them and congratulations again.

It turned out absolutely wonderful and they are such a great couple. I am almost caught up with all of my weddings from last year and am looking forward to all the ones coming up this year!
