Revenue:
o Monitor cash and sales daily reconciliation of Cash, and other payment control accounts to ensure alignment of sales to inflows received in the bank statement.
o Daily Sales Posting of Assured Revenue from Cash Sales, Debit Card Sales and Transfers.
o Liaisons with outlets on sales events issues, updates, and enquiries.
o Monitor receivable accounts to ensure timely availability and efficient utilization of funds in meeting business requirements.
o Processing of VAT on Sales
Reconciliations:
o Reconcile the accounts receivable and undeposited funds accounts to ensure all deposits and payments are captured and properly posted.
o Manage, track and maintain the petty cash imprest and ensure that reconciliations are done weekly.
o Ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue transactions to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
o Reporting on level of assurances completed daily.

Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
o Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN) not compulsory but is an added advantage.
o Basic knowledge in Microsoft office (especially Excel).
o Experience in any retail ERP software is an advantage but not compulsory.
