There's nothing worse than incompetence when you're hired to do a job and the employer takes over the task by himself , on his own in your presence....

To the extent that the man who claimed to be the lead counsel was hiding behind his client shaking his Head like a lizard that fell from a two storey building.....

Quite embarrassing...... MNK had always wished he was a lawyer in his many live broadcasts.....

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Address To The Media Yesterday

1. Terrorism Prohibition and Prevention act said that I cannot be tried in Nigeria and that is the law of Nigeria.

2. I can never be tried in any court of law in Nigeria and anybody standing in trial or coming to try me is a terrorist. That's what their law says.

3. Section 2 subsection 3f of Terrorism Prohibition and Prevention act said so. Any court portraying to try me is commiting an act of terrorism. That's what the law say.

4. You cannot violate a treaty Nigeria entered into and then come to try that very person, it is not done anywhere in the world. So you must be aware of that. That is why there is all these rediculous delays.

5. That is what Supreme Court said; "I did not jump bail", my home was invaded. They came to kill me and I survived.

6. They came to Kenya and kidnapped me, brought me back to this country and seeking to try me which the law says it cannot happen.

7. You cannot violate a treaty that Nigeria entered into and then hope to stand on that illegality to conduct a trial, it is not done anywhere in the world and it won't happen in my case. There is no exception and that is what the law says in section 12 that any treaty ratified by Nigeria becomes law. It doesn't matter what they do.

8. All these allegations are pure rubbish, it will never stand.

9. I believe in justice and fairness.

Just In!

Today 21st May, 2024 the court case by Nigeria government against Mazi Bright Chimezie , Mazi Benjamin Madubugwu , Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe and Mazi David Nwawuisi will be heard at Federal High Court Abuja by 9am Biafra Time .
This case has lingered for many years now since they were granted bail in 2018, their lives have been grounded all these years , it’s time for the Nigerian government to free these men from attending an unending court cases , all these court cases against them and many other Biafrans is because they are Biafrans fighting for their freedom and we all must know that self- determination is not a crime and Nigeria government knows better.

These men committed no crime known to law just as they’re persecuting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is still in dungeon till date.
