Keep our wellness while working from home.
I know working from home can be beneficial for everyone, but it is also detrimental to our health, not just physical but also mental.
So here are the tips for you to work from home, productively without dealing with stress.
1. Take a sunbath every morning- allow yourself to get at least 15-20 minutes of sunbath every morning this will help you to boost your immune system and to have a better sleep. Also, some health professionals say it also helps to reduce depression. Sun exposure helps your body to build vitamin D naturally.
2. Move your body- exercise at least 30-40 minutes a day or walk for 10-15 minutes. Exercise helps you to control your weight aside from that, it can help you to block your negative thoughts and lift your mood.
3. Eat healthy foods- eat light and regular meals every day, avoid alcohol, juices, and junk foods instead, drink a lot of water, eat vegetables, and fruits.
Allow yourself to take a break- we often neglect ourselves, especially if we're too busy with our work eventually it causes us stress and burnout. So if you feel you need to rest go for it, allow yourself to rest and sleep.
