Many people get depressed at some point in their life. various issues ranging from the death of a loved one, to emotional strain or even mental illness ... Feelings of depression can become so difficult for many that they see su***de as their only option.
There are lot of people who are suffering by depression and sometime it leads to su***de. Something is going wrong, but we have to initiate, aware people to take mental health seriously as like as we are taking care of physical fitness. Today, I am sharing my services with you because I care for you. If anyone feels not well, having mood swings in reguler work also, then contact me. I will be there for you. If a small talk can make your mood better Then I really care about it.

Remember, su***de doesn't take the pain away, it just passes the pain to someone else.

A few months ago, Rina Maghawar, who was kidnapped from Ghanur, was abducted by people of Qasim Khaskheli, who after several days of trouble finally reached to her relatives in some way, after which a large number of people from the Khaskheli community took up arms. Police reached the scene after the situation got tense, after which police handed over Rina Megawood to police in their custody.

Namrita Chandani also known as Nimrita Amarta Maher Chandani or Nimrita Kumari, was a Sindhi Hindu girl from Mirpur Mathelo, Ghotki, Pakistan She was a final year student at Bibi Asifa Dental College Larkana when she was found dead in her hostel room on 16 September 2019.There is wide speculation about the cause of her death. Initially, the institute and local police claimed the cause of death to be su***de, however, the family claims that she was murdered. Fingerprint samples and Chandani's scarf were then sent to The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) but this investigation did not yield any substantial findings and so could not conclude a cause of death. The post-mortem performed pointed that a sexual act had been committed with her. A later autopsy report commissioned by the Sindh high court found evidence of murder and sexual assault.
This report also showed that she was asphyxiated to death by strangulation with a rope.
These chain of events may be confirmed based on evidence of male DNA on her clothes and body. Vaginal swab examination showed evidence of sexual contact.

Today there was result of final professional MBBS and a student in Nishtar University attempted to do su***de.
The details of the incidents are as under :
“He texted a PG that he is going to do su***de as he has failed in surgery paper.The PG tried to call him back within 20 mnts and on finding no response asked other students at hostel to go to him.
They broke his door and found him fighting with life and death and rushed him to ED.” As narrated by Dr.Salman Kazmi
This incidence shows that how weak our most educated class is psychologically.Stress management should be a necessary part of curriculum for all health professionals including doctors and nurses.If you explore such cases you would always find a background relevant history which is need to be addressed and any sudden even just ignite the volcano inside.
The same health professionals would be in a position in future where they have to take decisions in life and death situations of the patients.
One most important thing to understand is that success is NOT defined by the results and qualifications.
The one guy who got detained in my class is American diplomat now and the one who took most gold medals is somewhere at less position than him comparatively.
The brightest guys in career are all the ones who were back benchers and supply holders like me .
So don’t ever lose heart.Life is so unpredictable.
Loss of wealth,an exam or a person is a reversible loss .You always get a better person and a good career in return.
Don’t bother any thing more than a certain extent and not ever on cost of your life.
You should be strong enough that even if everything is taken from you
All your wealth and knowledge
But you are healthy and wisdom full
You can start your life from zero and take it to 100 again.
Let’s promise we will value ourselves from today.
You never know what is written for you .How beautiful future is designed for you.How amazing your destiny is.
And I promise you coming time is always beautiful.Even in worst circumstances just let that time passed and eventually You would got what You desired for you and same I know everyone of us can have.
If possible tag every medical student who failed .Tell them don’t bother it.
