Reflecting on this week, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

I had a great time collaborating and masterminding in a small group setting with JT Foxx again, I learned some valuable ideas and insights.

As I begin this new chapter there are 38 life lessons that I want to share that have helped me grow to this stage of life.

1. The thing that’s holding you back is probably what you’re meant to do.
2. It “feels” better to give than to “receive” because it’s more gratifying.
3. Giving and receiving are neutral and you need both.
4. Learn to receive even the smallest things like a penny on the ground or a compliment without offering one in return. That’s the universe testing you.
5. Show gratitude in everything, makes your days happier and healthier.
6. You create your own happiness by the words that you speak, If you say “I Can” then you will. If you say “I Can’t” then you won’t.
7. The more you read, the more you realize that you don’t know everything and you never will.
8. Failing is 100% necessary to achieve your goals, but you get better each time.
9. Find you groups and communities that believe in the same things as you.
10. Learning to be a better communicator is more than just the words that come out of your mouth.
11. Silent fasting “No talking, social media, electronics, etc” is golden.
12. The better the questions you ask the better the answers you’ll receive.
13. Gossiping about someone else’s situation is a quick way to get yourself caught up in a similar situation.
14. God is always talking you just have to be quiet enough to listen.
15. Read labels and all ingredients they maybe be causing your ailments.
16. Don’t eat 3-4 hours before bed to give your body to enough time to begin to digest the food you ate throughout your day.
17. You have much better sleep when you allow your body time to digest the food properly and lowers your risk of colon cancer.
18. Enemas and clinics at least 3-6 months will change your life.
19. The right coaches will take you far in life.
20. Find out which sign you are ( air, water, fire, earth) and do more activities that align with your sign to gain more peace and clarity in your life.
21. Always keep learning in and investing in yourself.
22. Authentic friendships are rare, if you have them KEEP them.
23. Most of the things you’ve learned in the 1st half of your life you should unlearn in the 2nd half.
24. Everybody has insecurities about something.
25. Money doesn’t change who you are it only magnifies it.
26. Don’t compare yourself to others they aren’t running your race.
27. There is enough money in the world for everyone, if you don’t have enough you’re missing the obvious signs. ( You have everything you need inside of you, there’s no place like home.)

31. The better you communicate the more opportunities you receive
32. Just because you can talk doesn’t make you a good communicator.
33. Less is more.
34. Don’t complicate something that should be simple.

36. A lot of entrepreneurs have the right idea but the wrong methodology.
37. Class Reunions are so much fun
38. Your pets are like family, love them while they are here because tomorrow isn’t promised.

I want to take a moment to congratulate a dear friend of mine L.J. who decided to take action, put their fears aside and jump in the pool. 🏊‍♀️

Little did they know their fears would soon disappear and be welcomed by so much positivity and excitement.

Sometimes the things we fear when getting started aren’t even that scary.

Confidence comes from the word “Confide” and that means “To Trust” so you can’t confide in yourself unless you 🫵 trust yourself.

Trust that the things that are holding you back, are going to be the same things that catapult you forward.

Trust that your intuition is correct and that business, project or event WILL be successful.

As long you start there will always be people along the way that can help steer you in the right direction. 🧭

Zoom has partnered with Adobe and is currently offering a free 2 month trial with Adobe Creative Suite which is normally $60 a month.

I'm not sure if everyone has access to this partnership however, it's a great way to get your feet wet and/or save a few dollars on editing costs.

I would suggest batching content weekly to get some good use out of it.

Double check your zoom accounts and on the dashboard on the home screen scroll down to the bottom and see if you see these partnerships.

I don't know how long this will last so go check it out today.
