We will be visting Naples for the COMICON Games and Comics Fair, from April 22nd to 25th. In our booth we will exhibit an oversized board dedicated to the Schneider Trophy of 1922, 100 years ago. While the mechanics will be the same as our regular game, the guests can play out the game using models of the planes that participated to this historical competition....

Hydroracers : : The Schneider Trophy Epic is project by Max Pinucci's Hun in the sun in partnership with Aeronautica Militare (Italian Air Force) and the French publisher Platypus Games. The book, the board game, the scale models are inspired by the seaplane racers built between 1913 and 1934. Four of them are still preserved in Italy, in the museum of the Air Force: the Macchi M.39, M.67, M.C.72 and the Fiat C.29 here in some beautiful shots by Sandy Miranceli and Ilaria Torcolacci

Well, here we go. We are approaching with great strides the date of the Kickstarter campaign of Hydroracers : : The Schneider Trophy Epic. After the presentations (in France, Italy, USA and UK), after the presence at "Lucca Comics and Games" (Italy, last November) and at the Festival International des Jeux de Cannes (France, 2 weeks ago) of the prototypes of the game, we are now ready for the launch.
