My first year as a Realtor was really difficult and definitely the toughest it has ever been for me. I honestly didn’t think I was going to stay in the business till now then.
And the worst was, i had no one motivating me...if it wasn’t for my strong will to surivive and my never give up attitude, and the few clients I had worked with at the time that always had amazing things to say about working with me… I would have given up..
This industry isn’t easy, but you know what does make it easy? The people I get to meet and the relationships that have blossomed from people who started as clients and became friends.
Friends I never would have had in my life if I didn’t continue in real estate.
This has taught me a huge lesson in life. Don’t just give up when they go gets hard, push through it because you never know what's waiting for you on the other side.
If something you go after doesn’t work out, make that choice to quit based on knowing that you truly gave it your best effort.,not because you are scared..
And, if i had quit early on in real estate, I wouldn’t have been able to coach and mentor over 20 ladies who is now making a living from this Real Estate.
I’ve helped almost 100 families fullfill their dream of becoming landowners and houseowners. This is a huge flex for me.
I have made friendships of a lifetime in this business....iam proud of myself.
