Hey all. Just wanted to let fellow streamers know that there is a scammer out there emailing streamers to trick them into clicking malicious links by telling them there are issues with their pages.

DO NOT click those links. If you hover over the email address called page team -you will see that it is a gibberish email and clearly fake.

Take care out there yall. Cybersecurity is no joke.

Holy Cannoli!!!! We made it to 450 followers! This is amazing yall! I appreciate you guys soo sooo much. It has been so great getting to know so many amazing people through these streams. :D

We did have a follower goal to stream snowrunner dressed as Bo Duke... but sadly, I'm a bit under-prepared for that at the moment and deliveries for the holiday season are already super slowed.

A few of you may already know that I've been experiencing some struggles with my mental health lately. I keep that mostly private because while I'm incredibly supportive and understanding of other people's struggles, I'm not always able to extend that same level of compassion to myself.

So I'd like to take a moment to remind everyone, myself included that - shockingly the brain is part of your body - and struggling with mental health is no less part of the normal challenges of life than experiencing a physical ailment and deserves the same level of care and compassion. It shouldn't be something that people feel they should have to hide or be ashamed of.

Too many people feel like they are all alone in this when the reality is that more people will be affected by mental illness than the flu (3-11%)

1 in 5 US adults experience mental illness each year
1 in 20 us adults experience serious mental illness each year
1 in 6 youths age 6-17 experience a mental health disorder each year
50% of all lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24
Su***de is the 2nd leading cause of death among people ages 10-14.

As a multiracial woman, I'm in one of the groups with the highest rates of mental illness by demographic group - 35.8% of us will struggle with mental health each year.

So please take a moment today to remember to take care of yourself and take care of others and know that there is nothing wrong with needing help.

Yall. Gotta love dealing with gatekeepers who think that what you are doing doesn't matter if you are not playing the types of games they are, or streaming the amount of time they are or as regularly they are. or you don't know how to or have access to make fancy things that they do for your stream. Or you "let" life get in the way of your streaming so clearly you aren't a "real streamer" and it isn't that "important" to you.....

Not gonna lie, yesterday's stream was a pretty stark reminder of why I stopped playing online games for a little over a decade. I used to be really really good at Age of Empires and Age of Mythology. The amount of times that I (age 15 and 16) was threatened with physical and sexual violence by men who realized they were being beaten by a girl... frankly got to be too much.

It's also the reason why it is very rare that I will play multiplayer games with people I don't know to this day and frankly why I'm wary of multiplayer games in general.

It also made me super grateful because unlike 20 years ago when others would pile on to attack me, I was surrounded by people who supported me.

Super grateful that adult me knows so many men who won't tolerate that kind of trolling behavior and will speak up against it and support the person being targeted. Wish I'd known yall 20 years ago.

Rings of Power so far has been a fun ride so far. Can't wait to see where it goes. Def different from the Silmarillion's depiction of the second age.... but some of the critiques people have had... seem to say more about them than staying faithful to the text if I'm honest....
