I don't know about you but I DON'T like throwing money out the window!

If a manufacturer gives you co-op dollars or an advertising fund to use to promote your business and theirs........USE THE FUNDS!!!!! 💲

Are you focused on your follow/unfollow numbers?

While they are important, it's important to know they are a vanity metric. A what you ask? A vanity metric is something that looks good on paper but is it going to change your business? If you answered nope, than you're right! So what should you focus on?

👉The relationship you are building with your followers.

👉Delivering content that has value and is helpful. How you ask? Provide solutions that solve their pain points! If you do, watch your likes, comments and shares explode!

👉Constantly reviewing your insights and analytics to develop content your audience likes!

Stay consistent with your posting, it will pay off!

Should you run Facebook Ads? Only you can answer what is best for your business but we have found that running paid Facebook Ads in conjunction with Organic social posts generates results for our clients! Here are some tips when setting up your paid ad campaigns:

🔘Know your customer: Audience segmentation allows you to define who should see your ad based on interests of your existing buyers. Getting the wrong audience targeting can result in wasted money!

🔘You only have a few seconds to grab someone's attention! Ads on social platforms are like billboards, you have a matter of seconds to stop the scroll and make someone want to look at your ad! Choose your 'hook' wisely and keep your text to a minimum.

🔘Review the data constantly! Don't be afraid to adjust your campaign, headline or picture if you're ad isn't working for you.

🔘Give yourself time to optimize your campaign: Depending on the industry you're in and the product you sell, purchase decisions take longer vs one that requires less of an investment or risk.

Back in November Instagram announced a new "hidden gem" that they are rolling out. The Rage Shake feature will allow you to shake your phone and report a problem if Instagram isn't performing the way you wanted it to! When they made the announcement a few weeks ago, it was only being launched in the US. Keep shaking....it's coming!
