Gomez missed Bindi last and this morning. She spent the night at my oldest daughter's house.

Almost ashamed that this is the top of my stairs going down to the basement.

But most of this stuff is my husband's and how he left it a year ago. We just added the coats and litter box. I guess it's time to clean this area and move that huge ass tool box in the basement. Today's challenge will be to keep emotions in check.

The new steps and railings are up. Can't say this was easy, because it wasn't. Besides all the emotions, nothing about this old house is straight. There is never a project for this house that doesn't consist of a few cuss words, things go flying and measuring things about 10 times.

They are done and I'm satisfied. That's all that matters. Now for the next project. I think I want to redo the sidewalk up to the house. 🤣🤣

Bindi is finishing her last test for this school year!!

Can't say I'm sad, because I'm not. She struggles as it is and with being homeschooled she struggled even more.

I'm pretty confident that she will pass on to 7th grade. Either way I'm very proud of her!!

This has become one of the kids favorites to diffuse. 3 drops of lemon, 2 drops of peppermint and 6 drops of frankincense.

The kids tell me that it helps them concentrate and it smells perky. Like what??? Perky??? Ok, we'll go with that.

Don't tell them that it helps me to stay focused while on two zoom calls with two different teachers. 🤣🤣
