More often than not, we get stuck in our heads. We start believing things that others tell us about ourselves. We start building narratives based on their perspectives and in the process, undermine ourselves and our worth.

In doing that, we get stuck in our situations and circumstances. But let me tell you- you don’t have to. I know it sounds easier said than done. And it can be scary as hell to move out or quit that toxic job or leave a situation that’s holding you back because it is “familiar”. This sense of pseudo comfort can lead to a sort of complacency or inactivity.

This is when you need to realize the pattern you’re falling into. You’re amazing, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Take action, start moving and break the chain. Use the brilliant, talented “Creative Genius” inside of you to win over your situations!

I’ve worked in corporates where people didn’t value anyone beyond the Top Level Management and I’ve worked with brands that place immense importance on even their Housekeeping Staff. The difference in the environment in palpable. Your motivation and your dedication is infectious.

We’ve been able to do what we’re doing because of the partnerships, and eventually friendships, that we’ve built. Brand owners turned friends. Friends turned partners. It wouldn’t have been possible without any of you!”

So far, we heard what unique problems both the Brands and the Customers face individually. And in doing so, we also realized that neither one is going to get anywhere unless they start working together.

So, is there a middle ground where harmony could be found? Definitely seems like that to us! But, in order to do that, they need to work together as a team. As partners. Show compassion, and understanding, towards each other’s unique situations and provide support where necessary. That’s what makes for a successful partnership!
