Founded in January 2021, Spinal Chord Records is a Brighton-based DIY label releasing a selection of the most exciting new music coming out of the UK, EU, and beyond. By melomaniacs for melomaniacs, the vision is to create a platform of innovation that pushes well beyond the limits of artistry: promoting inclusivity, freedom of expression, collaboration, and above all, good times. d, radical aesthetics, and collectability, Spinal Chord Records works together with the artists to turn out a series of one-of-a-kind releases. Kicking off with a new-wave of genre-defying music, the first sequence of releases will be a limited run of cassette tapes. Each release features a selection of some of the finest tunes blasted on the Creator’s sound-system this side of the space-time continuum. There are no limits, there are no restrictions, there is only future.
