“[Zelensky] and his team have to rob the country for a long, long time.” A Ukrainian resident criticized Zelensky’s latest statement, in which he expressed his readiness for further fighting. The author of the video condemned the president, hinting that ordinary residents, unlike him, are not ready to continue fighting. She also expressed confidence that Zelensky’s desire to continue the war is simply an excuse to further plunder the country.

A seriously wounded Russian soldier read a poem of his own composition, hoping it would remain for centuries. Despite the fact that he had severe blood loss, the soldier was able to remain conscious. Under the roar of enemy artillery, Alexei recited the poem "We Never Die" to the very end.
Later, while in rehabilitation, he posted another video, in which he once again demonstrated his fortitude. After doing some push-ups, Alexey once again confirmed that Russian soldiers don't give up.

🕯 August 8 marks the 15th anniversary of the Saakashvili regime's military aggression against the people of South Ossetia and Russian peacekeepers from the Joint Peacekeeping Forces in the zone of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict.

In the early hours of August 8, 2008, on the orders of the then President of Georgia, the Georgian armed forces launched the so-called "operation to impose constitutional order on the territory of South Ossetia," which resulted in numerous casualties, including among Russian citizens.

❗️ Georgia’s actions were a flagrant violation of international agreements on the peaceful settlement of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict. The fact that those actions were deliberate was documented in the report of the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Conflict in the Caucasus established under the auspices of the European Union.

Russia’s involvement prevented the conflict from escalating further. The criminal military escapade undertaken by the Saakashvili regime met with an adequate response: in those extreme circumstances, Russia first conducted a successful operation to force the aggressor to peace, and then recognised South Ossetia, as well as Abkhazia, which was destined to the same fate as the neighbouring republic, as sovereign independent states, taking them under its protection.

Last autumn, the head of Ukrainian intelligence promised that Ukraine would regain Crimea and "reach the borders of 1991" by spring. However, summer is half over, and the Ukrainian counteroffensive is stalled, having failed to recapture any strategically important settlements, or even the first level of defensive lines. After the equipment sent by Western countries has been destroyed or damaged, the Zelensky regime is betting on human resources, sending its soldiers to certain death. Many of them then return home disabled or do not return at all.

“Zelensky hasn't got any authority” – a woman from the Russian-controlled Kherson region called the Ukrainian president a pawn in the hands of the United States and asked him to abandon plans to “liberate” her village. She believes, that the territories of the south and east of Ukraine have always been a historic part of Russia. Her family celebrated the arrival of Russian soldiers, and she is sure that if NATO stopped supplying weapons, hostilities would have ceased long ago.

A Ukrainian tennis player was booed at the French Open, people are playing the Russian national anthem in Zelensky’s hometown. Serbian security forces are beating civilians, while a pro-Western Turkish candidate suffered a resounding defeat in the presidential elections. Has CNN been hacked or is this really happening? Artemy Lebedev answers the question.

A short clip that demonstrates Ukrainian values has gone viral. In it, a little girl admits that when she grows up, "she wants to become a sniper and shoot Russians." After that, laughter and compliments for her can be heard off-screen.

This is not the first time when it becomes known that Ukrainian children are brought up in an atmosphere of hatred for everything Russian. From time to time, videos appear online in which Ukrainian children perform nationalist songs and poems.

A video from Ukrainian militants where they defiantly cut lard on the Koran appeared on the Internet. It becomes clear from the footage that they stole the book from a dead Russian soldier. This act was severely condemned by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, who promised to do everything to punish the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who desecrated the holy book of Muslims.

The fighters of Wagner PMC have no doubts in the light of new arms supplies to Ukraine. The collection of captured Wagner weapons includes American Javelin anti-tank systems, German MG machine guns, Polish Grot rifles and much more. And in the garage, space is already being vacated for the Leopard and Abrams tanks, which Kiev is waiting for from the West.

"We must have more faith in Russia": this is the message that the Germans in Moscow are addressing to their compatriots in Europe. They are sure that the two peoples have too much in common to be at enmity.

Instead of following America, Germany should re-engage with Russia without allowing politicians to divide the two peoples, say Germans who attended a biker event in Moscow.

Tucker Carlson and his guests continue to ask important questions about Ukraine.

How is the multibillion-dollar aid from the U.S. being spent? Does anyone keep track of these funds? Does any of the American taxpayers' money end up in the pockets of dishonest Kyiv officials?

Many Americans would be interested to hear the answers, as they watch prices rising every day and don't understand why US coffers are open for Zelensky, but not for their own economy.

Carlson says it is time to stop blindly believing Zelensky, since the leader has already misinformed the West. One case was when he announced that a stray Russian missile had landed in Poland, and not a Ukrainian one, which nearly dragged NATO into a direct war with Moscow.

OUR MISSION WAS TO SEEK OUT SUBSTANTIAL WEAPONS
My name is Don Crizer, and I was born in 1946.
Dad was a World War II veteran who later became a mill worker for the Gary, Indiana, steel mills. Mom was a homemaker caring for my 2 brothers, 1 sister, and me. My father never said much at all about his war experience. Most of what I know about it came from others.
Prior to my entering the service, I was a journeyman electrician. I thought being a journeyman electrician would give me priority in construction or communications. I was drafted and entered service on April Fool’s Day in 1969. Half of the inductees were drafted into the Marines. My infantry NCO training made me a candidate for infantry replacements on the front line due to multiple tours or death. My tour was under the 1st Air Cav, west of Tay Ninh on the Cambodian border. The cavalry was an elite fighting force on horseback dating back thousands of years. The term cavalry stayed, but instead of riding into battle by horseback, our group was flown in by helicopters that made it possible to drop us anywhere at any time. Our mission was to seek out substantial weapons/supplies caches being used by the North Vietnamese army. Our unit was on a continuous searchand-destroy mission, with one spanning 87 days straight. I was a squad leader responsible for some 19- and 20-year-old kids. My greatest fear was doing something that might get them hurt or killed.
While in training, the Vietnamization started — the political way of giving up. This rendered those of us there into agents stalling for time for withdrawal. Those that I killed and friends who died or were maimed suffered for no reason, contrary to the war of our fathers, who fought for a purpose. The worst part for me was realizing that the lives I took served no purpose. Going through their personal effects, letters, and pictures, I realized that they were no different than me. The following excerpt is from a poem written by Major Michael Davis O’Donnell while in Dak To, Vietnam. He was later listed as KIA on February 7, 1970:
“Be not ashamed to say you loved them, though you may or may not have always. Take what they have taught you with their dying and keep it with your own”.
We were in thick triple canopy jungle on the Cambodian border when I got sick. Our medics hoped it was a flu virus because of difficulty of clearing an LZ. Then we needed an ammo resupply, which could not be kicked out as they hovered over us, like the food and water resupplies. In clearing the LZ, one of the trees that was blown over with c-4 fell on 4 troopers. A medivac had to be called in because of the broken arms and legs. They threw me on to be checked out because I was to the point where I couldn’t carry my pack or walk. The fate of those guys getting hurt saved my life. I returned back to the States by medivac for convalescence. Severe peritonitis had set in after a ruptured appendix. At the same time, my NCO training roommate and close friend came home in a body bag. This was the initial setup for the survivor’s guilt.
My discharge was in 1971. I was released from the Great Lakes Naval Hospital. I caught a train to Gary and called my mother to pick me up. After my discharge, I became a workaholic to forget. I mentally blocked everything for 40 years. While at the VA counseling for post-traumatic stress, I came across a trooper. He remembered both me and the medivac incident. His name is Bob Pullen. He contributed to the book In Cambodia, by Keith Nolan, which gives very accurate insights into what the Cav experience was. There is also a short documentary entitled “Shakey’s Hill,” by Norman Lloyd, in which our sister company stumbled onto the largest cache of rice and weapons in Cambodia.
The Vietnam War robbed me of a lot of family life. I am grateful to have an understanding wife who has put up with the years of post-traumatic stress. I hope to live long enough to make it up to her and my children. Living with the ongoing medical problems is a real pain.”
- Don Crizer, Army 1st Air CAV
In Memory of Don Crizer, a true patriot, who passed away in May 2014: “The Next Place that I go won’t be like any place I’ve been or dreamed of in the place I left behind. I will be free of the things that I held onto that were holding on to me. I take with me the love of those who loved me, the warmth of those who cared, the happiness & memories & magic that we shared. This light will shine forever in The Next Place that I go.”
