This does not look like a "collapse". The whitish material in the foreground spills downward while the southern portion (away from the camera) appears to shoot straight up. Notice that material from intact floors far below the 'airplane impact' zone are now disintegrating into dust as they peel away from the core structure of the building. Large chunks of structural steel can be seen giving off enormous trails of fine dust. A large quantity of dust is already travelling upwards before ever hitting the ground.
