As of August 22, 2021, Sunday, Davao del Norte has 74 NEW CONFIRMED CASES, 27 NEW RECOVERIES, and 1 NEW COVID DEATH, bringing the total to 11,529 confirmed cases, 10,138 recoveries, and 564 deaths. Currently, the province has 827 active cases.

On the new confirmed cases, 41 are from IGACOS, 13 are from Carmen, 7 are from Panabo City, 5 are from New Corella, 4 are from Tagum City, 3 are from Sto. Tomas, and 1 from Kapalong.

One new COVID death from Sto. Tomas is also reported today.
Among the 27 new recoveries, 16 are from Panabo City, 10 are from Tagum City, and 1 from B. E. Dujali.

As of August 20, 2021, Friday, Davao del Norte has 61 NEW CONFIRMED CASES, 30 NEW RECOVERIES and 2 NEW COVID DEATHS, bringing the total to 11,393 confirmed cases, 10,043 recoveries and 561 deaths. Currently, the province has 789 active cases.

On the new confirmed cases, 17 are from IGACOS, 16 are from Panabo City, 14 are from Tagum City, 5 are from Kapalong, 4 are from New Corella, 2 are from B. E. Dujali, 2 are from Sto. Tomas, and 1 from Carmen.

Two new COVID deaths, 1 from Tagum City and 1 from Sto. Tomas, were also reported today.
Among the 30 new recoveries, 13 are from Panabo City, 8 are from Tagum City, 6 are from IGACOS, 2 are from Kapalong, and 1 from B. E. Dujali.

As of August 18, 2021, Wednesday, Davao del Norte has 59 NEW CONFIRMED CASES, 12 NEW RECOVERIES and 2 NEW COVID DEATHS, bringing the total to 11,250 confirmed cases, 9,931 recoveries and 556 deaths. Currently, the province has 763 active cases.

On the new confirmed cases, 36 are from Tagum City, 8 are from Panabo City, 7 are from Kapalong, 7 are from IGACOS, and 1 from Asuncion.

Two new COVID deaths, 1 from Tagum City and 1 from Panabo City, were also reported today.
Among the 12 new recoveries, 6 are from IGACOS, 2 are from Tagum City, 2 are from Kapalong, and 2 from B. E. Dujali.

As of August 12, 2021, Thursday, Davao del Norte has 39 NEW CONFIRMED CASES, 55 NEW RECOVERIES and 3 NEW COVID DEATHS, bringing the total to 10,936 confirmed cases, 9,643 recoveries and 539 deaths. Currently, the province has 754 active cases.

On the new confirmed cases, 9 are from Panabo City, 8 are from Tagum City, 5 are from Kapalong, 5 are from Sto. Tomas, 4 are from IGACOS, 3 are from Carmen, 2 are from New Corella, 2 are from Asuncion, and 1 from B. E. Dujali.
Three new COVID deaths, 2 from IGACOS and 1 from B. E. Dujali, were also reported today.

Among the 55 new recoveries, 18 are from Tagum City, 11 are from IGACOS, 10 are from Carmen, 10 are from Panabo City, 4 are from Kapalong, and 2 from B. E. Dujali.

Overview
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.

Most people who go through traumatic events may have temporary difficulty adjusting and coping, but with time and good self-care, they usually get better. If the symptoms get worse, last for months or even years, and interfere with your day-to-day functioning, you may have PTSD.

Getting effective treatment after PTSD symptoms develop can be critical to reduce symptoms and improve function.
