I have two daughters: Tessa, 10, from my first marriage, and Sadie, 4, with my husband, Grant. My mom passed away recently, and Grant and I had to fly out for the funeral. It was rough. My MIL, Linda, offered to watch the girls while we were gone. So, of course, we agreed.

When we got home after three exhausting days, I noticed a faint light coming from the basement window. Weird. No one ever goes down there — it's musty and full of junk. I went to check it out, and as soon as I reached the bottom of the stairs, I froze.

There was Tessa. My sweet 10-year-old, curled up on the cold, dirty floor, asleep under an old blanket. I carefully woke her and asked why she was down there. She looked up at me and said, "Grandma Linda told me to sleep here so I wouldn't get in her way because I'm not her real granddaughter." I STOPPED A FUNERAL AFTER SEEING THE LATE MAN SON'S OUTFIT

I’ve seen a lot as a priest, but nothing prepared me for this funeral. It started out as you'd expect—family in black, everyone mourning. But suddenly, Alex, the deceased's son, walked in wearing this bright suit, smiling like he was at a party. People started whispering, totally shocked. I was thinking, “Oh Lord...This kid's lost it.”

So, I stopped the ceremony, unable to stand that attitude.

Me: Seriously?! Alex, this is your father’s funeral. What’s with the outfit?

Christopher and I had lived together for 32 years. A couple of years ago, an accident changed our lives. So, I worked 3 jobs to support our family while also taking care of my husband. But I never complained because love is worth everything.
I was coming home from another city on the bus, tired as HELL. It was so stuffy, and I wanted to rest my head against the cool window, so the woman next to me kindly agreed to switch seats.

MY VACATION TURNED INTO A DISASTER WHEN I SENT A PICTURE OF MY NEW "PERFECT" BOYFRIEND TO MY BEST FRIEND.

ELDERLY COUPLE DIVORCES AFTER 53 YEARS OF MARRIAGE — LATER MAN SPOTS EX-WIFE ON A DATE WITH YOUNGER MAN
