🙊 | Since this series is a play on the popular YouTube channel, I wanted to repurpose an old style woodcut drawing of Jesus with a modern twist, almost making it look like a YouTube video cover. The bar over Jesus' mouth makes the image a little unsettling and makes the viewer curious about the content of the sermon series.
🟡 Colors | I used yellow so that your eye is drawn to Jesus in the image before everyone else.

🙂 | The first thing you notice is a smily face in the word "Happiness" which is intentional because I wanted the whole design to revolve around this central word.
💛 Colors | The blue and yellow colors add to the bright and cheery vibe.

Invite Postcards for First Assembly of God, Freehold, NJ // process below 👇
🌿 Come to the Altar | Went with a very feminine color scheme to highlight this women's event. A bold display font was used to make the title and date of the event stand out on the postcard. The background elements help balance the overall design.
☄️ Stellar | I took the center Stellar logo and expanded the space theme to the background. I kept the vibrant colors throughout and arranged the background planets to better balance the design. The blue banner highlights the text with the event date, with the sides fading out adding to the "space" or "laser" effect.

🎨 Colors | Easter pastels, loved trying out different combinations but landed on this because of the hopeful warm oranges
🌿 Background | Palm leaves make up the background as Palm Sunday is the road to Easter
☀️ Sun | The central graphic has layered meanings, having the effect of the sun bursting forth, but also the two circles are meant to represent the stone being rolled away from the tomb.
