مرحوم ایک نیک سیرت آدمی تھے اور اعلی اخلاق کے مالک تھے مرحوم نے اپنی ساری زندگی اللہ کی عبادت میں خرچ کیے اور عوام الناس نے اس اعلی آدمی کو مرکزی جامع مسجد کا امام مقرر کیا اللہ پاک مرحوم کو جنت الفردوس میں اعلی مقام عطا فرمائے

Two laborers killed, three others injured in Ramban mishap.

Bus carrying Rail project laborers plunges into gorge at Sangaldan

Ramban(Sangaldan), April 09 : Two laborers were killed while three others sustained serious injuries after a bus carrying workers of a railway project met with an accident at Bralla in Gool Sub Division of Ramban district.

Officials told the news agency, that bus was carrying laborers of a rail project plunged into a roadside gorge at Bralla.

Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Musarrat Zia said that company bus of Age-Patel working on USBRL project met with an accident in which two persons were killed.

He said three persons have also received injuries, who have been referred to District Hospital Ramban for treatment.

Meanwhile, officials said that bus carrying Patel Engineering employees fell into a deep gorge near Chikani where Tunnel construction is underway.

As soon as the news spread about the accident, the local people and Police Post Sangaldan team led by SDPO Gool Pardeep Kumar(JKPS) and In Charge Police Post Sangaldaan Inspector Waseem Ahmad rushed to the site and started rescue operation.

Two persons identified as Ranjeet Singh, son of Krishan Lal and Muhammad Rafiq, son of Ghulam Muhammad Bhat— both residents of Seripora, Tetharka were found dead on spot, they said.

The three injured persons identified as Jahangir Ahmed, son of Abdullah Bhat of Bhandan, Muhammad Wasim, son of Muhammad Ramzan of Badakund, Ashmar and Sajad Ahmad (Driver), Son of Muhammad Sultan of Bhandan Sangaldan have been shifted to District Hospital Ramban.

Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident and investigation is underway.

Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum Zone Baramulla bids adieu to it's Zonal Planning Officer Mr Mehraj ud din Sofi on his Superannuation

Baramulla 9 April 2021;

JK Teachers Forum Zone Baramulla today accorded an affectionate adieu to Mr Mehraj Ud din Sofi Zonal Education Planning Officer Baramulla on his superannuation.
The function took place in the auditorium of Boys Higer Secondary School Baramulla and was attented by a huge gathering of Teachers, Masters, Zonal and District leadership of JK Teachers Forum. Pertinently Mr Mohd Rafique Rather President EJAC/Chairman JK Teachers Forum Presided over the function whereas Mr Balbir Singh Raina Deputy Chief Education Officer Baramulla, Mr Javid Ah Rather Principlal Boys HSS Baramulla & Mr Sheikh Mohd Iqbal Zonal Education officer Baramulla were special guests on the occasion. Moreover, Mr Mehraj ud din Sofi outgoing ZEPO Baramulla was guest of honor.

Mohd Rafique Rather while speaking lauded the dedication and commitment with which Mr Mehraj Ud din worked in the Department. While recalling his role Rather said, the outgoing ZEPO has earned name and fame by dint of his diligence, commitment and exemplary devotion.
Rather also said that the retiree through his service career had performed his alloted duties with dedication. He further prayed for his peaceful and healthy future.

While addressing the gathering Mr Ishfaq Ahmad Shah District President Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum Baramulla highlighted the role and contribution of outgoing ZEPO. He mentioned that his tenure will be considered as golden era as he was very helpful and known for his kind approach.He further wished the outgoing ZEPO a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.

Mehraj ud din Sofi (Retiree) thanked all his colleagues and subordinates for their support and cooperation during his tenure in the department.

Others who spoke on the occasion were Mr Balbir Singh Deputy Chief Education Officer Baramulla, Mr Javid Ahmad Rather Principal Boys Hgr Sec School Baramulla, Mr Iqbal Hussain Zonal Education Officer Baramulla, Mr Gh Nabi Bhat ZP Chandoosa, Mr Tahir Ah Sofi ZP Wagoora. All the speakers bids an affectionate adieu to the outgoing ZEPO. Noteworthy Mr Javid Iqbal Zonal President JK Teachers Forum Baramulla managed all the proceedings of the function.
