GBH, originally known as Charged GBH, is an English punk rock band formed in 1978 in Birmingham by vocalist Colin Abrahall, guitarist Colin "Jock" Blyth, bassist Sean McCarthy (later replaced by Ross Lomas), and drummer Andy "Wilf" Williams. Pioneers of the UK82 street punk movement, they influenced punk and metal bands, including Metallica, Nirvana, and Green Day.❤️🎼🎸📀

Their debut album, City Baby Attacked by Rats (1982), reached No. 17 on the UK Albums Chart and solidified their fast, loud sound. Follow-up albums like City Baby's Revenge (1983) and extensive touring brought them international acclaim. Despite lineup changes, GBH has stayed true to their punk roots, with occasional forays into speed metal influences.

Still active and touring, GBH released their 12th studio album, Momentum, on Hellcat Records in 2017 and maintain a dedicated following worldwide.
