My thoughts for the week!
What are you great ful for today? What memories did you rekindle over this past week? What I have learned is that life is short.
Looking back at old photos has been very therapeutic. Life at those moments were not always that happy and sometimes it was quite miserable but our photos only capture the exact moment that we smile for the camera and put the pain away.
But, when we look back we see only the smiles with a faint memory of anything else. We make dreams for ourselves and then tuck them away, why?
Well, today is a new day!
Today is what matters. Love, happiness, and fulfilled dreams is what matters. Life is short but is not over. We were born with passions, dreams, and innocence. Life sometimes gets overwhelming and we forget about ourselves during the chaotic times. Well, not anymore!
My friends, the thought of the week is to write down your passions. What do you like to do? What brings you happiness and calmness? Our higher selves tend to nag us throughout the years because we are not living our "true selves" so depression and anxiety sets in.
The key is to find our joy and do the things that we have always wanted to do but for some reason we have put off. If you were given a week to live what would you want to do with that time? Who would you want to spend it with?
Cut the chains that are binding you and spread your wings! Live, smile, and find YOUR happiness.
