This week’s Monday Motivation is going to be a little bit different compared to the last few Monday’s. For today and the remainder of the week I would like everyone to start their day by thinking of one thing that is positive in your life right now. Just one.

Having one small positive thought in the morning can change your entire day and can have you start your day off on a good note. It is always great to change your mindset and not to dwell on the things that could go wrong, instead think of all the positive things that could go right.

If you start thinking positive, talking positive and feeling positive endless things will happen. Remember that every thought we have is creating our future.

The best day to start thinking positive is today, Monday! Let’s all kick off today and everyday after with a positive thought and mindset so we all can achieve every goal that we have set for ourselves!

Change your mindset!

Instead of thinking about all the things you have to do for the day, think of all the things you have already accomplished.

In life things change day by day or even second by second. That should include your mindset moving forward in life. Always adapt your mindset to the circumstances in life and come out the other side stronger than ever.

Learn how to flip the switch and think about how you can get through life's challenging moments.

My thoughts for the week!
What are you great ful for today? What memories did you rekindle over this past week? What I have learned is that life is short.
Looking back at old photos has been very therapeutic. Life at those moments were not always that happy and sometimes it was quite miserable but our photos only capture the exact moment that we smile for the camera and put the pain away.
But, when we look back we see only the smiles with a faint memory of anything else. We make dreams for ourselves and then tuck them away, why?
Well, today is a new day!
Today is what matters. Love, happiness, and fulfilled dreams is what matters. Life is short but is not over. We were born with passions, dreams, and innocence. Life sometimes gets overwhelming and we forget about ourselves during the chaotic times. Well, not anymore!
My friends, the thought of the week is to write down your passions. What do you like to do? What brings you happiness and calmness? Our higher selves tend to nag us throughout the years because we are not living our "true selves" so depression and anxiety sets in.
The key is to find our joy and do the things that we have always wanted to do but for some reason we have put off. If you were given a week to live what would you want to do with that time? Who would you want to spend it with?
Cut the chains that are binding you and spread your wings! Live, smile, and find YOUR happiness.

Mondays mean it is a fresh start to begin new healthy routines. When you work on your health, you will become your wealthiest self. Your health is the most valuable asset throughout your life.This is because there will be no limitations to whatever you set your mind to. When you focus on your health, it will promote a better physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Remember a new week can help you start your new lifestyle changes!

Life is short my friends,
What are you grateful for?
Maybe some photos are not so happy yet we still need to honor them for what have we learned from them?
Be grateful to those in your life, show kindness and think of others...honor yourself first and then let you be the gratitude of someone else.
