Talking to reporters after workers meet at Zainapora Shopian former CM of erstwhile state of J&K, Mehbooba said that PM Modi was also laughing when Australia won Worldcup then what is wrong if Kashmir students appreciated Australia for playing good cricket.
She said that despite snatching everything from J&K, BJP continues to have doubt on people of UT and that shows their insecurity.
She further added that UAPA must go and future of youth must be safeguarded.
SKAUST students haven't done anything wrong and still they have been booked under UAPA and action must be taken against the student who has used any degatory language but all of them must be given single opportunity so as to save their future.
She said that people of Kashmir continue to suffer wrong policies of BJP government and despite having our own power, there is no electricity in the UT.
